With the holidays just weeks away you may be wondering what sort of gift you can get for your friends and loved ones? Well luckily there are many options for an auto enthusiast anything from a model of their car, Hot Wheels, or any car memorabilia in general and remember there is always the gift of R/C.

Now you might be thinking, “that’s to simple too easy” because the ones I see at my local Walmart or Target do not really seem like the kind of cars he's or she interested in. You are correct these particular cars from those stores are typically meant for younger children or just pieces to sit on the shelf and look good. If you are looking to buy a RC car or truck for your friend who is in auto enthusiasts or likes RC, it'd be best to go by a hobby shop such as “Friendly Hobbies” or “Tandem R/C”.

Hobby store such as these offer cars and equipment that are far above what is referred to as RC in your typical shopping center. Which is why I recommend swinging by a real hobby store to check out the options available to you. Also be sure to check out “Donut Media” video on the “Best and Worst Gifts for Car People”. Their video includes a detailed list of what you can get them and where it might rank on their gift receiving list. I thought the video was quite entertaining and informative, particularly the part about the RC cars!

Be sure to check out my other blogs as they're filled with content for both the new and experience RC enthusiasts. Frequently visit "J-Toy Autoworks" for RC info and some need to know information that could help you in purchasing your car and parts.

As always, I would love to hear if you tried R/C before, are just starting out, or maybe you decided to dust of the old car for one more run!
