Where Pressure Becomes Performance
J-Toy Autoworks creates hands-on motorsport experiences that help teams see, measure, and improve how they work together. Through The Pit Stop Challenge, participants take on defined roles, make decisions in real time, manage quality, and perform under pressure. A facilitated debrief connects the experience to the communication, handoffs, and execution required in their everyday work.
